This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.elzovar.com. By completing an order, you agree to all terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Custom grillz and personalized jewelry require extra production time before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We provide international shipping to eligible regions.

• Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days after dispatch

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by customs clearance, logistics delays, severe weather and other uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country, package weight and shipping method. Free shipping promotions will be displayed on the website when conditions are met.

4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number. Logistics tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to show in the system.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

All import duties, VAT and local customs fees for international parcels are the buyer’s responsibility. Elzovar will not cover customs charges or handle detention caused by buyer-related reasons.

6. Shipping Address

Please fill in a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for lost, returned or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

7. Damaged & Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If the outer package is visibly damaged, file a claim with the courier immediately and contact us with photos as proof. We will assist in tracking lost packages within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse shipments to sanctioned, restricted or high-risk regions under international trade rules.

9. Policy Updates
