3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will not approve refunds for:

1. All custom-made, engraved personalized jewelry and earrings

2. Manually damaged, worn, modified goods after delivery

3. Minor normal craftsmanship differences, slight color difference

4. Logistics delay, customs detention caused by buyer factors

5. Customer change of mind after shipment

6. Refund requests submitted beyond the 14-day after-sales window

4. Refund Application Timeline

All valid refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after package delivery. Overdue applications will be rejected.

1. We complete verification within 1–3 business days after receiving your supporting evidence

2. Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days to your original payment channel

3. Final arrival time depends on banks, payment platforms and cross-border settlement speed. Bank delays are outside our responsibility.

6. Partial Refund

If you choose to keep goods with minor confirmed quality defects, partial refund compensation can be negotiated according to actual product condition.

7. Fraudulent Refund Prevention

We reserve the right to reject any malicious refund requests, fake evidence and arbitrage behavior. We may block user access and reserve legal rights for fraudulent claims.
