This Return Policy applies to all orders placed on www.elzovar.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Only standard non-custom jewelry items may qualify for return, provided all conditions are met:

1. Items are unused, unworn, scratch-free, undamaged

2. Complete original packaging, tags, pouches and all accessories are intact

3. Return request is submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery confirmation

4. No man-made damage, modification, resizing or stone removal

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order jewelry

2. Earrings, for hygiene and health safety reasons

3. Clearance, discounted, final-sale promotional goods

4. Items damaged after delivery by improper wear, collision, water exposure or self modification

5. Goods with normal minor differences including slight color deviation, hand polishing traces

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team via contact@elzovar.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging

2. We review your application and issue return authorization if approved

3. Ship the goods back using trackable international shipping; buyer covers all return shipping fees, duties and taxes

4. We inspect the returned goods after receipt

5. If inspection passes, we proceed with refund or exchange according to your request

4. Quality Defect & Wrong Shipment

If you receive defective products, wrong items or missing accessories:

1. Submit clear photo/video proof within 48 hours after package arrival

2. We support free exchange, partial or full refund after verification

3. We bear replacement shipping cost for confirmed quality issues

5. Restocking Fee

For returns caused by personal reasons (change of mind, style mismatch), a reasonable restocking fee may be charged based on product condition.

6. Policy Revision

Elzovar reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Updated terms take effect once published on our official website.
